It has updated  8 new key features :

Th new BB Hub lets users access all messages and notifications in one place.A new addition enables users instantly filter the message list in the Hub.The Hub can be customised to show only Unread Messages,Flagged Messages,Draft Messages,Meeting Invites,Sent Messages.Once the filter criterion is set, users can simply activate it with a pinch gesture on the Hub's message list.

2.Picture Password Unlocking:

The new OS update supports picture password unlocking. Users can now unlock the phone using a combination of a picture and a number (0-9) of choice, which is placed at a particular point on the image. When someone tries to unlock the phone, the picture will appear along with a grid of random numbers. To unlock, simply drag the grid so the number you selected overlays the particular point on the image.

3.New Incoming Call Screen:

The new incoming call screen lets users swipe to the left to answer or swipe right to ignore a call. There are also icons to silence a call or send a reply if the call goes unanswered.

4.Actionable Lock Screen Notifications:

Users can now “Tap to open” a message that appears on the lock screen. Accessing the message directly makes it more convenient eliminating the need to unlock your phone everytime you get a message.

 5.Offline Browser Reading Mode:

BB10.2.1 updates users with an offline reading mode where web pages can be saved in offline mode for reading later, without internet.

6.Unlocked FM Radio:

7.Preffered Contact Sync:

Users can now make a choice between a host of contact syncing options and sync contacts with sources they want. Also, when adding a new contact users can designate which sources they want the contact info to sync with, such as the corporate address book, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.
